Circuit Sword - Latest retropie image (buster)

Post by Anthology » Mon Nov 02, 2020 1:35 pm

Hello,

Is there a way to update the Circuit Sword OS (I know that Kite has a custom kernel)?

I've tried, but a few things broke, while trying to update the OS.

I was wondering the same thing, for the circuit gem too.

666dsa666 have you built a new version that is working on your github fork?

Yes I've also been wondering about this. From memory @kite mentioned a tool to aid in upgrades so that kernel doesnt break etc.

I would also appreciate some clear docs on how to build in the future, because my Circuit Sword build is one of my favourite platforms and running a 2 year old Retropie is a bit frustrating.... I hope to be using it for years to come!

Very interested!

I also have a SAIO (the first one that I love much) and I am a bit stuck in the past too.

I hope we can get better for the Circuit Sword (and lite).
