Re: Kite SAIO LCD almost not visible
Hi, can you remove the FPC (BOTH from the SAIO and from the LCD) and then RE-SEAT them properly. In the pictures I can see that the black tabs aren't all the way pushed in and possible the FPC not pushed ALL the way into the socket. Please do that and try again.
ALSO there is a solder jumper next to the LCD connector called "BL BOOST" .. solder that, and the brightness will increase
EDIT: Lastly, make sure to put some kapton tape on the bottom of the adapter FPC, the metal bit near the top i think is conductive so it would be good to protect anything from shorts

Re: Kite SAIO LCD almost not visible
I change the screen to the 320*240 and it seems to be better, but still have a weird color: white appeared to be kind of yellow...
Any ideas?

Re: Kite SAIO LCD almost not visible
Your soldering is missing some connections, check the GitHub wiki in the troubleshooting as that gives tips on which pins you need to rework
Do not try and remove the Pi, rework only!
Once you have the 320x240 working perfectly, then we can debug the 640 if it still isn't behaving!

Re: Kite SAIO LCD almost not visible
I resolder all pins but still no change, I guess blue pins cause the trouble since the blue gradient is not correct, is that right?

Correct, it is the blue 'most signifant bit' because it happens in the middle of the band only once. I can tell you precisely which pin it is tomorrow (not at pc right now)
