When you press the buttons does brightness go up/down or wifi on/off etc?

You might want to try updating the Arduino: https://github.com/kiteretro/Circuit-Sw ... spberry-pi
Yes, I can change the brightness level with mode and d-pad.
But when I try to update arduino via ssh, this message appears:

Code: Select all

pi@retropie:~/Circuit-Sword $ sudo ./flash-arduino.sh
[i] FILE: [kite-arduino/CS_FIRMWARE/CS_FIRMWARE.ino.with_bootloader.leonardo.hex] exists.
ls: cannot access /dev/ttyACM0: No such file or directory
[i] FILE: [/dev/ttyACM0] does not exist.
ERROR: COM PORT [/dev/ttyACM0] does not exist

Do an "ls /dev/ttyACM*" and then edit the "flash-arduino.sh" file (use vim.tiny or nano) and change the file definition to use the ACM1 (or so) that you have from the first command. Or try updating it from a PC with the Arduino IDE

Again, I've got the error

Code: Select all

pi@retropie:/dev $ ls /dev/ttyACM*
ls: cannot access /dev/ttyACM*: No such file or directory
Also, as I can see, there is nothing with the name "ttyACM" in the folder.

And I just tried to update with PC and USB-с cable, and my PC can't find COM-port for arduino =\

Hm, you need to do it via a PC then, hopefully it is detected and you can upload with arduino.. there is a possibility that the bootloader has become corrupt and so it would need the bootloader re-imaging, this isn't a particularly easy thing to do but I have all the tools here so it can be done.. let me know

I've also tried on my mac with no success too - same, no com-port.
Did you install any drivers for arduino on your PC, or it must work out of the box?

I don't know with a mac, it should work but i've heard others have issue until they used a PC. If you cannot find a PC then send me an email and you can return it and I'll repair for no cost

I have Mac and PC, and both have same trouble - missing leonardo com-port. But I'll try to find another PC for testing.
Btw, might this be a software issue? I'm asking because today's morning I've used same SD-card for flashing default retropie 4.3, and there was ttyAMC0; I installed your image on top of retropie (as you described on github), and ttyAMC0 is gone.

Well, I've found two another PCs, with Win7 and Win8.1, and there is the same problem - missing com-port. Kite, I'll send you the email about replacement :(

Hey kite!
I sent you email using the forum's function (haven't find your email anywhere else) about five or six days ago, and still no response. Could you please check your inbox? :) Thanks!
