Ok so you're using the latest image? Could you show a picture of how you have wired up the LED?

The newest software is no longer in python or any editable format, and pretty much you'll have to swap the LED polarity but it would be easier to see your wiring from a picture :)

Yeah I’m now using latest image.
I’m loving the new mode button menu it’s very nice.
I didn’t change any of my wiring so it is same as before.
On board led has same behaviour so it’s not just my extended LEDs.
I don’t really want to open my shell ever again (it’s a mess in there 🤪).
When we went through all this before I said then I’m in no doubt it’s 100% my own fault,I may have shorted something soldering on the LEDs or something, but the work around you posted before has worked fantastically up until I updated to latest image.
Thanks for quick reply your after sales is amazing I’ve had my circuit sword more than a year now and it’s still working fine except the random led(the other LEDS work as they should). If it’s not a easy fix it’s something I will have to live with. Unless you can suggest what the newest python based firmware is.(1.2? Had a look at source code but obviously there is no iso) then I assume original instructions be the same ?

Ah hah, yeh i do remember but have always been confused how it happened :) I will try to make you a special build perhaps tonight. I don't think i have kept the older versions of the software!

Yeah on my computer only have what would have been the version when I first got my circuit sword (probably 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 looking at the date of my first post on this ) and the newest version. For the time being I have rolled back to the older version and made the changes in python. There is no rush it works fine for me and I know what you mean about not being able to work out why. I mean if I had broke them completely I would understand but for them to be reversed is strange.
