Kite:

All trouble I described was with clean-imaged SD card with Kernel 4.14.30 (so not old at all).
USB started working after updatig by sript to the version you published last week. It does not make much sense to me that the update was the fix...

I want to test around a bit more on the WiFi issue before I resort to sending you the board.
McGyver: the behavior you describe with power cycles, etc. is exactly what I experience.

Kite:

the function-key I miss is "F4". Is there a key-combination to send it from your virtual keyboard?

PS: looking forward to reserving another board from your next batch (and looking forward if your current research on Bluetooth works!)

Man, many thanks. I have to use that web to pay you a coffe/beer :-)

Currently in the same boat. Any resolution you’ve discovered? WiFi is working after some amount of rebooting. After that it’s good for a few reboots. Then it is back to the same wlan0 issue.

Two things from my side:

-for the image: after downloading the first image from github I recogniced that my standard zip software was not able to uncompress the file. I took this into account and downloaded the file a second time. I want to mention: maybe your first downloaded image was faulty. Here could help a MD5 checkup.

-for Wifi: same behavior on my board: I need two or sometimes three powercycles to get wifi working. (Before showing up no wifi networks at all). But then mostly even after reboot wifi keeps alive. I can life with this situation since I need wifi just sometimes for modification to the retropie software environment.

When it does this, could you do the mode combo to disable wifi, wait 10 secs, and then mode combo to enable wifi? After doing that (and it doesn't work) could you collect the log files? https://github.com/kiteretro/Circuit-Sw ... -log-files
