Circ sword not booting

Hi Kite,
I appear to have the SD card no boot issue.
I did send you an email yesterday with a video attached but havent heard back.
Power test works as expected.
SD card appears to be working fine too
Connected up screen, back board, power switch usb c power supply and also tried with battery.
When I turn on the power switch the screen flashes and then goes grey with no further activity.
I wondered if this was the battery being low on juice but i have it plugged in to power source. It should boot without battery being charged if usb c power supply is plugged in right?

I generally can take a few days to reply (if it's a weekend) but I do get to them! I don't get notifications on the forum but it's a good place to ask anyway, your issue lines up with the known issues so replacement will be happening.
