You might have luck rotating it back in to position.. these switches are small, and you should move them with your nail at the BASE of the switch, not the tip to prevent this (hopefully).

Replacing may be a bit tricky, it is def possible though by being careful.. the only important contacts are the ones at the back, the MIDDLE ONE + the one closest to the ON position. Basically when those pins are shorted together, that is the "ON" signal.
