How you wire the PSP Joystick with the CS? which cable comes where at the joystick?

You should have 2 connectors that have wires that are green, red, black, and white. That is the connector you use (1 for if you are using a single joystick or both if you are using 2 joysticks). I cut mine to about 1cm for a joystick in the middle. As far as soldering goes, I am assuming you have a PSP1000 joystick and the soldering goes as follows:
Once soldered you can pull the wires through the hole in the middle of the board and connect it like so:
