I got my kit back in February and am just now having the time to jump into starting my build. I am looking over all the parts I have and it looks like the fan was not included. I'm pretty sure i have not misplaced it. Is it possible that it was not included with my shipment? I am not too concerned but I am wondering if it was missed in the packaging and if it's possible to get one from somewhere?

If you ordered the CM3L+ version then it doesn't come with a fan. At some point i will update the photos to avoid confusion. You can still buy a fan from aliexpress or similar (search "sunon 30mm") and it'll work

Oh ok, thanks for the quick reply. I never really noticed the temp getting too high on my other build so I am not too worried about it.

So if I do buy a fan from aliexpress do I need to buy a special connector to plug it into the CS board? I am thinking about buying one but it looks like they do not come with a connector attached. If so what kind of connector? Thank you for all of the quick replies.

There are solder pads next to the connector, use those the connector on the fan itself is very uncommon and impossible to find!
