Re: Circuit Sword can't power on
Hi, need much more information, which step in the guide did you get to? Is it a lite or with CM3? Can you show a picture of where you have got to?

Re: Circuit Sword can't power on
Hm, interesting! Ok could you please do the following:
1. Unplug USB C cable
2. Hold down the power button for 5 secs (to remove ALL power from the board), release the button
3. Watch the "PON" LED closely, and plug in the USB C cable (don't press any buttons)
When you do step 3, the PON LED *should* flash 3 times (on-off-on-off-on-off), does it? Or does it do nothing?

Re: Circuit Sword can't power on
Ok, so the firmware on the power management controller either never existed or became corrupt or something along those lines, could you please send me an email and we will organise return and I'll repair for free!

Re: Circuit Sword can't power on
Sorry but that isn't possible, it needs special tools and the firmware is not available anywhere. It'll take a little time to ship and back, but like I said I will do this for free as it could well have been a mistake on my end and shouldn't have happened
