Circuit sword not booting

Hey there i finally got to "finish" my build.
However i have a problem with my board not booting up at all.
As recommended for people with similar problems,
I have tried 2 different sd cards
I cleaned the socked for pi
Wile trying all this i damaged the ribbon cable how ever that side was working properly before.
Any help would be appreciated.
