Wanted: GBA SP Button wells

So I've made really good progress on making an AIO board for a GBA SP build. My last missing piece is a clean way to cut holes for the X and Y buttons. I already have the switches placed on my board, but I do not have any good thoughts on how to mount them into the case. I'm tempted to break out the dremel and just try to hack together my own button wells, but that would get messy/unrepeatable very quickly.

Would anyone be willing to do a 3D rendering of the button wells on a GBA SP? I would buy them if anyone was able to print them...
