Hoolyhoo - Any chance you could upload the .stl file you used after fixing the scaling issue? What settings did you use to print it? I have trouble getting the settings for supports set correctly.
Sure, here you go.
3DS.zip

I printed it in the orientation as seen here:

I printed at .2mm first layer and subsequent layers at .1mm. Supports on the bottom.

That did the trick. Perfect fit!! I need to mess with the settings some more to get it to come out cleaner. Very cool!

I'm using the STL in my RetroPie Futureboy build. I just posted a work log on the forums! Thanks for the work on this! I printed mine in clear filament, and it's going in a transparent case. So having clear sliders to match only made sense!

I had issues when a friend was printing them where there's a bunch of teeth on the bottom sides. Im not sure if it's the filament or not.

Love the idea of adding a projector. Can't wait to see how that turns out!

I haven't used the 3DS Joystick .. so just wanted to know if this cap larger than the PSP1000 Cap?
That PSP1000 Cap kinda sucks.

Yes, the 3ds cap is larger and has better contour. Print one of these out, it's a game changer.
