Hello there,

i recently (Jan. 23.) i ordered a Basics Kit from Galaxy Gaming (https://galaxygaming.co.uk/shop/gameboy ... m-buttons/). After a few days i checked the site again and saw that nearly all shell kits are in backorder. I thought it wasn't when i ordered. I wrote an email but haven't heard back yet. It would be nice to know how long it will take to complete my order. Right now i have no way knowing if it will be days, weeks or months.

Is anyone out there?

i am in a similar position , i ordered the Gameboy Zero Basics Kit Classic Red Buttons , i then found out they were on back order , so i asked for a refund , that was 2 days ago , still no reply , not very good customer support , considering i also ordered other parts that did arrive on time. would i order from Galaxy gaming again , well that depends on how quickly i get a reply.
