I know there's a build video from wermy, but he had a few different parts iirc.

Use the pcb to create a mark for the button holes, use a drill bit to 9mm then a step bit to 9.5mm, carefully turning it by hand until the buttons are able to move freely in the holes, then use a dremel and/or pliers and craft knife to cut out most of the rear cart section, dremel away all of the battery bay apart from the screw holes. Cut the right side of the screen bezel slightly and you are done.
