How do you know if the battery is charging?

How do you know if the battery is charging? I have a blue light but it does not seem to charge the battery..... anyone have any ideas?

Are you talking about the PowerBoost 1000c?

I am not sure if the FE kits use the PowerBoost 1000c. But the battery just doesn't charge, I'll post a picture of the battery connection when I'm home tonight.

Sorry all sorted now I was being a doughnut....... I wired it up wrong.....
