I think I understood from the build your own forum that GPIO 4 wasn't recommended. Which pin did y'all determine to be the best option?

Nevermind. I just saw that it is pin 22. Not sure how I missed that.

@BigOlTexasBoy Any plain old BCM pin can be used. They're usually green on the pinout diagram and have nothing else by their name.

Any ball park date/time they'll be put together for Shipping? If not that's cool. I'm just anxious to get my hands on one ;)
Honestly, I'm not too sure. It's gonna be a few weeks at least, but I'll update everyone as I get more information.

Ordered...

Just want to make sure, though.... Does it come with the components installed and just not the switch, or do we have to source the fet, etc?

Thanks for working this out! Will make for a much cleaner install! :)

Hello !
I just (pre)ordered this item, but I couldn't add the info on my paypal form : I would like the switch to be assembled. Could you keep this in mind, please ? (I can give you my paypal email or transaction number by PM if you want)
Thanks a lot !

I know I said in my PM that I was going to wait for the banggood version, but I recently picked up a powerboost 500 for another pi zero project (pi zero in an SNES controller~) and couldn't pass it up! Thanks for all your hard work!!

ORDERED~!
