Will this fit in the area underneath where it is shown in the pictures or might I need to trim?
It fit where I showed in the photos without any modifications to the case

Just had this printed - fits nice and snug - perfect addition to my GBZ WIP.

@caste : Thanks a lot :D i'll be using this in my new build (HDMI screen, no cart reader)

@starmagoo : you can easily make your own using the copper tape method that @Wermy uses on his first build guide, and you can even cut a bit from a original gameboy pcb if you have that lying around.
You can also use a bit of the same board wermy uses to make the power strip!!
My first GBZ build -=HERE=- -> Became a gift to my little brother!
My 2nd GBZ build -=WIP HERE=- -> going with HDMI!

Has anyone used this with Kite's SIAO board? If so, how did it turn out? Thanks in advance!

" What did you model this in? This model seems to have some slicing errors. Is there any chance you could send it as a parasolid/step file?"
im not clued up any 3d printing so not sure what to do next any help would be great thanks

Looks like there were a couple of errors created when the model was saved as a printable file. They're really easy to fix with a free application called Netfabb (kind of surprised the person printing your file isn't doing this anyway). I've uploaded the corrected version here; try sending them this one:

https://ufile.io/nz9lh

(Fair warning: link will expire in a month)

What's strange, though, is that from the posts above... obviously the original file has printed just fine. I just loaded it into Cura and I'm not getting any errors. I didn't notice any major issues scanning through the layers either. So what would be the problem now? Different slicer?

The build I designed this for used Kite's SAiO. Worked out great.
