Well I fixed them in the my previous post but it's nowhere near being perfect but it's at least less prone to shorts and the 3.3v lines might need a little beefing up too which I haven't done.

Using the Gerber files You can get cheap stencils made in China or one of my preferred places right here in the USA OSH Stencils.
:D

I need to read posts thoroughly ;)

Awesome, thanks Helder, great job and a lot neater. I've upped to new board onto my github repo.

Hi, I'm sorry but can someone help me out and upload the revised eagles files in a Gerber format? Im tried using the cam process in eagle and the fabrication button in easyeda but my board manufacturer LCSC keeps complaining its incomplete or wont open correctly.

Or if anyone has any other ideas or guides on how to output gerber files from the files mattc and hex provided

Thx so much

Here you go. Also thickened 3.3v line as Helder suggested. EasyEDA ready.

@Helder what is the difference between the two (hourglass vs diamond) ? Also how do you get soldermask on vias

@mattc could you possibly make a video of the screen working? Is there any recommended place to get the parts?
Try this link for the parts:

One of the components, Zener diode 24V 500mW is not in stock, can I use 300 or 200 mW one?

Those are different because the drill hole diameter not being the same. As for the vias being uncovered you can sometimes indicate that at the pcbs maker or make a polygon circle over the vias but choose the solder mask layer, there might be an option in Eagle to do this to all vias.

The 300 will likely work ok.

The diode, from what I can make out, is there to protect the FAN if no screen is connected.

The zener diode on the TFT Friend breakout board schematic is MM3Z24VT1G.
