Re: first built screen help
Think it should work although you will need to modify it slightly.
Firstly desolder and relocate the red wire as shown, secondly remove the IC as marked in purple.
That *should* work - although you might want to wait for a second opinion - and obviously all at your own risk.

Re: first built screen help
No worries - OOI did you try both signal lines? I found a few that are shaky on one but not the other. i.e. Did you test using both the white (presume AV1) and green (presume AV2) lines?
Hard to say but, blue vertical lines typically indicate panel damage - but horizontal it could just be the cable/connections - are the lines static in position or do they flicker, track, roll on the screen?
It sounds to me either the ribbon cable isn't seated correctly or else is damaged - would suspect a few broken lines on it.
A quick set of continuity tests would tell you for sure.
Though if you bought another maybe it's not worth the hassle!

Re: first built screen help
yeah it works only with both cables attach to pi zero, i ll test the connections again and re solder them, i have time till the new screen comes so i can play around with it, the wierd think is that the cables had lables on them was not av1 and av2 but video in and camera in,
