Re: Hardware for a bartop arcade
the size of the mdf is conditioned by the fact that you want to put t-molding or not.
there are only two widths it seems to me.
but if you do not put (like me) you can take the thickness you want, I put 10 mm on the sides and 15 mm for the control panel and the rest.

Ahh I didn't know what t-molding was. I won't put it, too laborious I think, maybe I put some stick similar to give the bartop a retro looktikiandskull wrote: ↑Thu Dec 28, 2017 8:54 amthe size of the mdf is conditioned by the fact that you want to put t-molding or not.

edit: also I will add an ashtray in the control panel, a classic

I did not put any, because when my daughter saw what I was building, it had to be for her ... so the bartop punisher finished in bartop princess peach ...

or you could buy a pair of cheapo amplified speakers take them out of the case (again saving space) and mount them. Setting up the electronics was only part of the fun....I had a blast planning the wooden cabinet, cutting and assembling it, spraying it and finding decals i liked.

I love the electronic step, the rest of it... I mean the wood working...the measures...the vinyl, sprays... I hate that because I don't have imagination xd and I think it's hardoliddell wrote: ↑Fri Dec 29, 2017 1:17 amor you could buy a pair of cheapo amplified speakers take them out of the case (again saving space) and mount them.
