Nintendo Switch Joy Con Grip and Cart Holder

Post by HoolyHoo » Sun Jan 21, 2018 11:14 am

Hey guys designed and printed this for my sons Switch after watching a recent youtube video of someone who made something similar but from wood. Found it easier to just 3D print. Holds up to 12 carts and fits perfectly. :D

It closes with a friction fit and stays shut but I added indents for some small 1mm x 3mm round magnets if you want it a bit more secure.

If Downloading, Please Consider Using the Button, Enjoy! :D :

I figured that a few friends of mine would want one so I forward them the pics of what you made. Just in case somebody would want some customization, I made a blank one that has the logo removed.

Hooly. Thinking it would be cool to embed the video in the first post to show where you got the idea from. LETS INTRODUCE BOB TO THE PEOPLE OF SUDOMOD.

Well, the idea isn't exactly unique as I have seen different iterations of this on Thingiverse. Here is one that's similar.

But, if you want to see Bob's video, he does make some cool stuff, you can see it here. Thanks Bob!
