Finally finished my VMU build, figured I'd set up a thread for this in case anyone had questions or anything. :)

I think we should do a challenge and see how many of us can get a working VMU, not kites kit.

Wermy, top notch work man! You deserve so much more credit for moving the community forward. Your videos inspire others to tinker and get involved with making things.

I think there's a few in the works... I just wish i'd got mine started sooner (like a year ago when I first posted about it!)

Awesome work as always!!!! :)
Get a small cheep LCD in your project https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=2312
Wrap it all round a battery https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2292
Or use a custom PCB to make it really small https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2512
or make it really really really really tiny!! https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2919

When you are selling the internals will there be any soldering required to make the final piece? My hands are just too shaky to risk soldering. this is my biggest problem with wanting to make these awesome things. i just physically cant do it :(... is there any way you know i can pay extra for a premade one?

The parts I was referring to will be from kite on here, so he'll be the one selling them, but yes there will be soldering involved. I know dryja123 on here has started offering a soldering service (in the buy/sell/trade section), so you may want to ask him about that. :)
