I design stuff in SCAD, so my designs are all naturally "parametric" source code and thus can be iterated and modified using the same CSG logic from which they are produced: numeric translations and rotations, intersections, unions and differences of basic 2d and 3d primitives to produce a final "solid" object STL file which is output to the slicer for production on a 3D printer.

I'll be selling these parts once I get the extruder upgraded on my "other" 3D printer, these are fine for personal use but please don't sell them unless I'm not, further you are free and encouraged to modify these designs as long as I retain credit and am not artificially restricted from production and sale of designs based on my source code.

It's not going to help anyone to pull these into normal CAD software and make changes, if you want to "help", learn SCAD and fork the source; witness the Genealogy of the "Greg's Wade's Geared Extruder" to see what happens when a quality SCAD design can flourish as source code.

real nice.

To be honest I would of made a version of the back button bracket with 4 buttons. The CSO can handle PSX games with no major issue.

There is a STL folder in the github repo https://github.com/eltoozero/lol-gbz_3d ... aster/stls

Download/Install OpenSCAD, open the .scad files.

Click View Menu, Render (or press F6).

You may need to adjust parameters in the file, there are a bunch of numeric variables at the top for tuning parameters, and the invocation of various modules can be adjusted by commenting out lines with "//".

Once the render completes, File Menu, Export, STL.

Otherwise you can just use the STLs in the GitHub, I think the support bracket might have the supports rendered in the STL, let me know.

You wanna send me parts so I can model it?

Files are open source, I need measurements for the caps and adjustments to the hole parameters, feel free to assist.

For my bracket I used 6x6x12 tact switches. I just created a simple placeholder and threw it into blender. After looking at your designs I think my design would be difficult to work with yours. I saw this other project where someone used start/select buttons and cut them up to fit in the same space. I think that is a better fit.

Here is my bracket

I do have my place holders attached.

@Killar
You need to Login into Githup and Download the files. Dont "rightclick - save target".

@eltoozero
I've printed the screenbracket but it seems that the screen isn't fitting inside. The cutout for the screen isn't wide enough, need about one and a half milimetres more in both directions. I used the stl-files from githup, any advice if I'm doing something wrong?
