Isn't the black dot on the PCB a marker for correct orientation?

The black dot is first pin of chip.

Right. The black dot should match where the dot/indent is on the chip. Correct?

There are tiny black dots at each chip location at the top right corners of the rectangles. Maybe they are misprints, but they sure are strategically placed. I used those instead as orientation of them is not super clear.

I checked the boards now. You're right. There is a very small dot where it should not be. Probably this is an error when transferring gerber files.
Well, that's my fault. If the chips go bad, I am ready to send new free or give compensation.

I have sound now, there is hiss, but my first one was like that as well. Im not really worried about it.

Also check TP4056. It could fail.
