They are sending me messages, including a message where they accept my offer. But they don't accept the offer on ebay, so I can't pay. I've written them, telling them to actually accept it on ebay and all I got was "OK".
Ok, today they got it right. I could pay and now the waiting game begins.

@cannikin or anyone else Did you adjust your framebuffer in your setup file to the native resolution? i.e:

framebuffer_width=640
framebuffer_height=480

Just curious how big of an impact it has on readability/quality. (These lines are already present in the config files but they're #'d out and are set for a higher resolution by default)

$65 plus shipping is their limit. Just offer them this and you're good.

What settings did you guyes change to get the retropie/emulationstation UI to the correct resolution?
I think mine is running at an higher resolution that gets downscaled to fit my screen.
The result is that the text is ugly and not easily readable. :cry:

Does anyone here experienced the same problem?

Apparently setting the settings i posted on this page in the config.txt fixes that, but i haven't tried it yet. If you can confirm it works please let me know!

Code: Select all

framebuffer_width=640
framebuffer_height=480

What does your config file look like? Can you dump the contents here?
