I have this screen from she-love https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0045IIZKU/

When selecting a game in retropie, the text is totally unreadable. I don't really notice it in games. Is there any adjustment that can be made to make it sharper, or is this it's limit?

I can forget about putting all games ever made on there if I have to select a game blindly

Sure:

Screen (W x H): 7.6cm x 6.2cm
Board (W x H): 4.4cm x 2.9cm

Look familiar? This board works great out of the box. No mods needed. Just plug it in.

@Popcorn
Would you mind showing us the back of your board? I purchased the same board but received one like @yves1984
On the back my board says +12V, it does not work with 5V out of the box and I do not know how to get it to work.

You have to select Singapore Post instead of EMS or DHL for free shipping.

Actually, that option is not available in the US. I was able to see it by picking UK though...

can someone please help me with my screen?

Image

I tested by connecting it to a CCTV camera (independently powered). works fine at 12V, at 5V the picture flashes on for an instant every few seconds or so. tho when testing with PI0 it stays black. also, I believe that red and black wires are Vin and Ground, of course, but video white shares ground with black. yellow also shares ground with black. (I'm not sure what's the porpuse of the yellow RCA plug: is it a second video output or potential sound(there is no speaker) I forgot to test it...)?
I bought it here:

https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0045I ... UTF8&psc=1

I would modify it to run on 5v if someone can figure out how: the only chip that looks similar to the one in the tutorial seems to be a flash memory, not a regulator:

Image

at least that's what I figured by googling the datasheet for that chip...
and what are the empty holes on the other side of the PCB card? something I can use?

Any help would be appreciated!
