Hi there,
I've just finished my first build and went to boot up into retropie only to be greeted by a lovely boot loop.
In the initial boot up I'm shown a blue screen stating "Resized root filesystem, rebooting in 5 seconds", which then reboots and continues to do so.
Has anyone encountered this issue or does anyone know how to fix the issue?
Thanks,
Jack.

Is the voltage and current ok? Checked with a multimeter?
You can check the md5sum of the image, if it is ok try to reflash the sd card. You find the md5 here https://retropie.org.uk/download/

Re: Retropie stuck in a boot loop.
I just had the same rebooting loop issues earlier while testing my boards. Tried it with a different sdcard but still the same. I found out it was the cheap micro USB cable I was using.
Most of the rebooting issues I had experienced are caused by the power source not supplying enough power to the Pi. Or simply just corrupted sdcard. Try a fresh installation of RetroPie.
