Sound issues GABOZE pocaio

Post by spacemishka » Tue Aug 14, 2018 1:55 pm

Hello,

i have some issues with my pocaio. The sound is very noisy with the speaker and also with headphone.

What might be the reason?

thanks
Peter

Honestly, the sound is PWM, which inherently has issues (static and noise etc...). The quality has been okay on all of my gabozes. But not great. It's acceptable for me though. In one I have used a different speaker, which gave a bit better sound as well. It's just something the gaboze will have to deal with!

Thanks

I have seen your recent post about this on Facebook. I will try them..after searching a bit more I found a setting for config.txt for a little improvement.

adding this to the config.txt may help a bit as well:

disable_audio_dither=1
