mintyPi v3 Loose Hinge

I finally finished my mintyPi, but my hinge seems to be loose or something, as the tin will not stay in the locked position, instead flopping over. Anybody know a way I can fix this without having to reprint anything?

I had this issue when I first put mine together, and found that I hadn't actually pulled the tin open far enough to actually lock. I found this out be shining a bright flash light into the latch area so I could watch the pin, I was able to see the channel and get it to slide into the locked position.

If it is in the locked position and still isn't staying open, you could try to remove the screen cover and rough up the area with a file or something, but be careful doing that as it's pretty easy to brake both the cover and the screen.
