I was wondering if anybody is using wireless XBOX 360 controllers with KCS and if they are experiencing HUD freakouts like in the video attached.
Thanks!

Re: Wireless XBOX 360 and Kite's Circuit Sword
That's pretty weird, I don't have one to try out. I suspect it's something to do with the USB HUB or something going a bit weird (because the CS uses USB to talk to the Arduino button controller via a virtual usb serial port, which perhaps something is interfering with.. could you collect and upload (or email me) the log files with these steps: https://github.com/kiteretro/Circuit-Sw ... -log-files

I will do that. Also, if I use a USB hub in between the xbox360 dongle and the CS, it works properly.kite wrote: ↑Mon Oct 28, 2019 4:19 amThat's pretty weird, I don't have one to try out. Replied to your email, issue is this in the log file:
"WARN::dwc_otg_handle_mode_mismatch_intr:68: Mode Mismatch Interrupt: currently in Host mode"
Which is a known issue with the USB HUB, it is fixed in a recent kernel update, so i'll add it to my list to make an image using a newer kernel.. at least using another brand of hub works for now!

You're the best! Using the USB hub method in the interim will work just fine. Thanks for your work!

Do you have an ETA on the new image with updated kernel?
Thanks!
