Anyway to get a pic from the back, just want to see how much they sick or exactly. If possible.

They're designed to stick out exactly the same as the front buttons (these started with Wermy's wells).

there might be something on OSHPark. it might take a couple of weeks (depending where you are) but their shipping is free, and you get 3 sets. they charge $5 per square inch, so all in might be around $8 for a set of 3.
I'll have a search and report back...
