BW Innolux screen variant

Post by aiiaiiiyo » Sun Aug 26, 2018 2:06 am

It seems like somewhere along the way I ruined the left part of my ribbon cable. Can someone guide me where should I connect this part?

Might be touch screen related.

Found the data sheet for the screen:
http://www.bdtic.com/datasheet/Innolux/PT035TN01-V6.pdf

It seems to be:
  • 52 NC - No connect
  • 53 VGH I Positive power for scan driver
  • 54 NC - No connect
  • 55 NC - No connect
Based on that maybe it has some effect when the picture is changing fast? However at the moment I'm not able to test that. The boot sequence with the console scrolling seemed ok to me. On other pictures from the same screen it is basically just connected to the side bracket of the screen. Fingers crossed.
