There are two Kondensators with 4 legs on each side but which one do i have to remove??
I'm happy to get some usefull answers!

Hi, with "Kondensator" you surely mean capacitor. But those are not capacitors. Those are voltage regulators.
You have to remove or short the pin of one of those 8 legged ICs that do the job of regulating the voltage (step-down/step-up).
If you would remove an actual capacitor (Kondensator) from your board, the screen would stop working.
Since i haven't seen this board before, i am not 100% sure but it should be the second leg of the 8 legged IC without any label.
You start counting on the leg near the dot on it, if the dot is on the lower left corner.
It should work if you solder on a bridging wire from your V+ (red) to the second leg on this IC.
Now another problem arises. Your connector looks like you only have 2 pins, or have you already desoldered the connector?
Are those 4 soldering pads your old connector? If so, you have to measure which was V+, GND, V1 and V2.
Solder on a wire from the second leg to V+ and try it again with a 5v power source.
But before you do that, make sure the board works without any modifications and 12v.
Again, there is no guarantee that this works and i will take no response if you fry anything!
