Clear case
Powerboost 1000c
Button only pcb with teensy
Usb hub for usb audio, wifi, external port & teensy.
22AWG for everything but usb data & buttons which are 28.
SNES buttons on the back for L+R. Also an extra button in an unused screw hole.
Non removable cartridge, but the one glued in looks nice since you can read the GBZ sticker on it.
Here are some pictures of the interesting bits:
BUTTONS:

The 4 legs of the tactile switch keep it stable while gluing it down as well. also, notice the dpad is an original, not one of the replacements you can buy so the edges are smooth and not horribly sharp (i hate the replacement ones feel).
BOTTOM INSIDES+HOLES:

The reason escape is there is because I removed that screw bracket for my pi so I could have hdmi out and decided I could use an extra button . I am keeping all the others. I kept all the internal screw holes and will cut them down and hot glue them on the inside rather than use wermys this time. The wifi you see hanging around will get tucked behind the left battery compartment screw bracket (top in the pic). Yes, it fits. The reason I removed the case and heat shrunk was to see the LED blinking.
The hub is powered by my power strip and the 4th port which is my external port is powered from the strip and not the hub (wouldn't run from the hub - not enough current?) but all 4 ports work. I had my usb audio, wifi, teensy and a keyboard plugged in and everything worked.
TOP:

left to right is:
GREEN Charged
YELLOW Charging
RED Low battery
BLUE Power
I will tap these from the powerboost by just soldering to the existing sm LEDs. I already did this for the power and charge LEDs on my first build and it was easier than you think. They sit almost flush since I sanded them down and they have a nice diffused look instead of the sharp clear look.
Counting:
2 leds usb audio
1 led wifi
1 led hub (it has through holes for another led OH BOY)
4 led on top for status (the ones on the powerboost might still stay on dimly as well so ~4 more)
This thing is turning out more like a christmas tree than a GBZ but oh well
