These all-in-one boards are veeeeery nice!!! :) :)

I'm sad I don't remember much from my time when I studied electronics. It should feel supa great to create such a custom board... I love it! Although I would prefer to create it rather than use it :)

I've choosen to use Kite's super all in one because i want to practice an easy building before diving deeper in DIY.
I will make the build very simple, and then step by step add stuffs (leds, rgb status led, all leds controlled by a rotary potentiometer, real cartridge with leds inside, stereo sound output, L1/R1 & L2/R2 inputs, overclocking with fan etc  )

Those boards are really amazing yes, it allows anyone with little knowledge to buid a complete hand held legend in few steps

After that, i'll make a new build all DIY

Wow, you are planning to do great things!! I also ordered a couple of leds for battery charging/charge status, and also a blue led (kinda classy) when game boy is powered on. I don't have any idea how to achieve this though, but I'll find a way ^^

Keep us posted with your progress in any case!! :)

Good luck :)
