Screen Bw model 7? Modifications 5v?

Hi guys i need a little help understanding if this needs any modification to run at 5v or 3.3v with any performance issues.
Hope i'llget some help 8-)

Ehm i see that yellow AMD white are reverse in my photo... What should i do?

This is not a problem, since those are only the 2 video input cables.
Try using one and if it does not work with the first, try the other.

After all how do i test if it functions, i mean how can i try it without connecting to a video source and control if it enlights up (at least the backlight) since i still not have the pi0 to test the source. @fleder @sp33

Use anything that has composite, like a video game system, a camcorder, a VCR etc.

You asked how to test the video source and that's what I suggested you do, you didn't say anything about powering it.

You need a 5v power to the screen after modification. If you want to test it after you do the 5v mod you could solder a male usb end to the power and ground on the screen and plug the usb port into a wall adapter or powered hub since usb outputs 5v. If you still have the original cables connected you can then plug in the yellow composite cable to a game system or anything which you can use to test video output.
