Audio USB Sound Card and External USB not working

No, there is one priority port on there, that works literally with ANY device, the other remaining ports pick up any usb stick, keyboard, or gamepad. the hubs are the most stable ones there are, i disagree with you, maybe you had one wich was damaged or anything else, i've tested everything, hs8836 is the best for a zero trust me. idk what gave you that experience, as well as ANY dac works like a dream on those hubs.
It's not temperamental at all. they just have one port that picks up ANYTHING, while the other ports are good for any other things like a stick or keyboard and so on, so a better solution than this one i haven't found anywhere,..

Okay, you say it's temperamental, i say it isn't.. no problem..
It just has one Priority port, the other 3 are regular ones that's how these things work.
Altough i haven't found any other hub that can achieve this, but the topicstarter's dac should work 100% fine on this thing.
If you found any other hub that picks up better as this one, let me know, i'm really interested for sure.

I found what the problem was with my build... followed 144TECH's and VeteramGamer's suggestion and it was then when I realised that I had a problem with my Raspberry Pi Zero W's second micro usb port and hence lsusb command was not detecting it. I needed to buy a second Raspberry Pi Zero W in order to get it working.

Regarding the USB hub issue... I gave up and decided to wire the USB sound card straight into the second micro usb port as suggested in this post.

So, thank you @144TECH and @VeteramGamer and everyone who helped me throughout the struggle.

Okay no problem, but you can insert the dac in the hub also, i've tested this for you.
you could connect the hub to the pc first, and try to find out wich port handles the dac and get recognized on the pc.
From there you can connect it back to the pi in the same order.
You can leave it this way, but you can change it in this way too, so you have some more usb ports left for keyboards or other usb devices.
