Any pi3 wiring diagrams I can follow?
Switched my project from the pi zero to the pi3 when I saw that donkey kong country wouldn't work on the zero but did on the 3. Already have the pi3 stripped and ready to use but I can't find any wiring guides like the ones for the pi zero.

This might be useful for you, especially the USB part. Kite's build uses the USB test pads to connect his board to the Pi3 (PP46-PP47 for example). Audio and video can also be found (PP24-PP26) which I used for example for my TV modding. From there it should look almost the same as a RPZero build. You can also find VCC and GND.
This would be a starting point for some testing. Look at the GBZ show-off corner and ask people who used a Pi3 in their build (non-Kite SAIO build).
