Help finding parts that aren't going to take weeks to get.
So I'm looking for some parts for my next build and I'm a little over my head looking for them. I'm kind of on a time crunch because this build is fr a birthday present for my daughter. I don't want to have to wait 3 or more weeks for it to come from aliexpress, if I have to I will.
I'm looking for three different things, I'm over my head because I don't understand the various specs with these types of parts.
1) an FPV breakout board and ribbon cable. I think a 24 pin? I want to use it to consolidate all of the wires going from one half of the GB to the other so there is only one ribbon for everything but video going between the two halves. I've seen it done that way in a build on here before.
2) A cooling fan like the one used with kites AIO board. I think it's 17mm by 3mm but I can't find a vendor selling them.
3)JST connectors. I want to use them to have various wires disconnectedable without desoldering or cutting. I've seen kits on Amazon that have lots of assortments of PIN numbers for JST connectors, I'm just not sure what type and size to get. I've noticed that they have various MM distinctions.

For the cooling fan, you can take a look at this website but :
1) i don’t know if they ship worldwide
2) i don’t know if they have them in stock...

Just to correct it's actually 30x30x3mm but it looks like i've always called it 17mm despite that being 100% incorrect!

In reality, i’ve never measured it Kite hahaha, but now that you say it, i realise that it’s bigger than 17mm

Awesome. I just ordered three 30x30x3mm fan blowers(Sunon) from Digikey. That's the only US vendor I can find that isn't requiring massive bulk orders. Expensive little things too! $21 USD.
Now all that's left is finding the JST connectors and the 24 pin FPC breakout assemblies. I've found several boards, but it looks like the actual connector has to be soldered on....

You wan’t JST to connect what to what ? This will determine how much pins you’ll need.

Re: Help finding parts that aren't going to take weeks to get.
I would recommand 1mm JST, the smallest. You will save a lot of room i side your build. You have them with 2/4/6/8... pins
Re: Help finding parts that aren't going to take weeks to get.
Well amazon has kits that offer 2 though 6 and various other pin counts included, I just don't know what sub types or millimeter size to get.
