Issue regarding cartridge reader to pi

Hey all,

On the last hurdle of my build, where I have hooked everything up and it does not work.

I reverted a step back to before I wired up the cartridge reader to the pi and it all works fine then - so it must be the reader. Don't have any helpful pictures, but guess I'm just wondering if anyone else came across a similar issue that may help me out.

This issue has been covered hundreds of times. Using an external sd card reader is very tricky as magnetic interferences can prevent readings, even too long cables can lead to broken sd reader.
Search the forum, you will find tons of indications of how to avoid this

Ah okay. Well I actually already have the cartridge board by PRS. So probably gonna keep going with it - just unsure to why its not working. Should have mentioned I have the board already sorry!
